PickXV is a free-to-enter rugby prediction platform operated in the United Arab Emirates.

PickXV allows registered users to predict the results and scores of selected rugby matches, earn points according to a published scoring system, and compete on individual and club leaderboards.

PickXV is intended as a rugby fan-engagement and entertainment platform.

PickXV is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the UAE Rugby Federation, Asia Rugby, World Rugby or any rugby club appearing on the platform unless expressly stated otherwise.

Club names, competition names, logos and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Participation in PickXV is free.

No payment, purchase, deposit, subscription, monetary stake or wager is required to create an account, submit a prediction, earn points or qualify for a promotional prize.

Users do not stake money or anything else of value on rugby matches.

Users cannot win money from other PickXV users.

PickXV does not operate a participant-funded prize pool.

PickXV does not provide betting odds, accept bets, provide cash-out facilities or facilitate peer-to-peer wagering.

Users must provide accurate information when creating an account.

A person may maintain only one PickXV account unless PickXV has expressly authorised otherwise.

PickXV may impose additional eligibility requirements for individual promotions or prizes. Any such requirements will be stated in the applicable promotional rules.

Where a participant is under 18, PickXV may require the consent or involvement of a parent or legal guardian before awarding a prize.

PickXV may require a prize awarded to a minor to be accepted or redeemed by their parent or legal guardian.

Users predict the scores of rugby matches made available through PickXV.

Predictions must be submitted before the relevant match locks. Unless otherwise displayed on PickXV, a match locks at its scheduled kickoff time.

Once a match has locked, a prediction cannot normally be created or altered.

PickXV may change a match's scheduled kickoff time, gameweek or competition information where official fixture information changes.

Users are responsible for ensuring their predictions have been successfully submitted before the applicable deadline.

Points are awarded according to the scoring rules published on the PickXV Scoring page.

The scoring system may award different points for an exact score, a correct result with an accurate winning margin, a correct match result, and other categories published by PickXV.

The scoring rules displayed on PickXV at the start of the relevant competition or gameweek will govern that competition or gameweek.

PickXV may correct obvious scoring, data or technical errors.

PickXV will use the final recognised match result from an appropriate official or reliable competition source.

Where a match is abandoned, postponed, cancelled, forfeited or otherwise determined administratively, PickXV may apply the result recognised by the relevant competition organiser or the treatment stated in PickXV's published rules.

Where a walkover or forfeit is officially recorded as a particular score, PickXV may use that score for scoring purposes.

PickXV's reasonable determination of the result used for scoring shall be final for the purposes of the PickXV competition.

PickXV may operate overall season, monthly, gameweek, club and other promotional leaderboards.

Individual rankings are based on points earned under the published scoring system.

Club leaderboard calculations may use average points per eligible participant rather than total points so clubs with different numbers of PickXV users can compete on a comparable basis.

Where two or more users finish on equal points for a prize or ranking, PickXV will use objective performance-based tiebreakers.

1. Most exact-score predictions.
2. Lowest aggregate absolute score error.
3. Lowest aggregate winning-margin error.
4. Greatest number of correct match winners/results.
5. Earliest valid completion of all predictions for the relevant competition period.

PickXV will not use a random draw to determine the winner where these tiebreakers can determine a winner.

If an exceptional situation remains unresolved after applying the published tiebreakers, PickXV may adopt an additional objective skill or prediction-based tiebreaker and communicate that method to the affected participants.

From time to time, PickXV and its promotional partners may provide promotional prizes.

Participants do not pay an entry fee or contribute towards the funding of any prize.

A prize does not represent the proceeds of a wager or participant-funded prize pool.

Available prizes, eligibility requirements and applicable conditions will be published on PickXV or through an official PickXV communication.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prizes are non-transferable, are not exchangeable for cash, are subject to availability and may be subject to reasonable conditions imposed by the promotional partner.

PickXV may substitute a prize with another promotional prize of reasonably comparable nature or value where the original prize becomes unavailable.

Certain prizes may be supplied directly by third-party promotional partners.

The relevant partner may impose reasonable redemption conditions, including booking availability, validity periods or venue requirements.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, promotional partners do not operate PickXV and are not responsible for PickXV's scoring or administration.

PickXV is not responsible for circumstances outside its reasonable control affecting the delivery or redemption of a third-party prize.

No purchase or wager is required to participate in PickXV.

Purchasing goods or services from a PickXV sponsor or promotional partner does not improve a participant's scoring, ranking, likelihood of winning or eligibility unless an entirely separate promotion expressly states otherwise and is operated in accordance with applicable law.

PickXV users cannot purchase additional predictions, leaderboard points, scoring advantages or increased chances of winning a PickXV competition.

Users must participate fairly.

• Do not operate multiple accounts to obtain an advantage.
• Do not submit predictions through another person's account.
• Do not manipulate or attempt to manipulate PickXV scoring.
• Do not exploit software errors or vulnerabilities.
• Do not interfere with another user's account.
• Do not attempt to alter results, predictions or leaderboard data.

PickXV may suspend or remove accounts, predictions, points or prize eligibility where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, manipulation, fraud or a material breach of these Terms.

PickXV relies on internet services, hosting infrastructure and third-party technology and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

If a technical problem prevents predictions from being submitted, PickXV may take reasonable steps to correct the issue but is not required to accept predictions submitted after a match has begun.

The prediction recorded by PickXV's system before the applicable deadline will ordinarily be treated as the valid prediction.

Rugby fixtures may be changed, postponed or cancelled.

PickXV may update kickoff times, venues, gameweeks and fixture information to reflect updated information received from competition organisers or other reliable sources.

Where a postponed match is moved to another gameweek, PickXV may reopen predictions in accordance with the rules applicable to that gameweek.

Users must not select usernames or submit content that is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, obscene, impersonates another person or organisation, infringes intellectual property rights or is otherwise inappropriate.

PickXV may change, hide or remove inappropriate usernames or content and may suspend accounts for serious or repeated breaches.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.

Users should notify PickXV promptly if they believe their account has been accessed without permission.

The PickXV name, branding, design, original content, scoring presentation, software and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to PickXV unless otherwise indicated.

Users may use PickXV for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Third-party rugby club names, crests, trademarks and competition branding remain the property of their respective owners.

PickXV may contain links to sponsors, rugby clubs, social-media services and other third-party websites.

PickXV does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.

Personal information is handled in accordance with the PickXV Privacy Policy and applicable UAE law.

Information necessary to operate PickXV may be processed for purposes including account administration, recording predictions, calculating scores, maintaining leaderboards, preventing abuse and communicating important service information.

PickXV is a competitive leaderboard service. A user's selected display name, supported club, points, ranking and competition results may therefore be publicly displayed on PickXV.

Users should not use their full legal name as their display name unless they are comfortable with that information being publicly visible.

Email addresses, passwords and other private account credentials are not displayed on public leaderboards.

PickXV may send service-related communications necessary to operate an account, including account-security messages and important competition information.

Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the user's communication preferences.

PickXV may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, other users or the integrity of the competition.

Users may request deletion of their account subject to information PickXV is legally entitled or required to retain.

PickXV may modify, suspend or discontinue features of the service.

Material changes to competition rules should not ordinarily be applied retrospectively in a manner that unfairly changes completed competition results.

PickXV provides rugby predictions, scoring and leaderboard functionality for entertainment and fan-engagement purposes.

PickXV does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party fixture information.

Nothing published on PickXV constitutes betting, financial or investment advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PickXV will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms and the use of PickXV are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory legal requirements that apply.

PickXV is designed as a free-to-enter rugby prediction and fan-engagement platform.

PickXV reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature, promotion or prize where reasonably necessary to comply with UAE law, regulatory guidance or a direction from a competent authority.

By creating or continuing to use a PickXV account, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any Competition Rules applicable to the competition in which you participate.
